A native Vermonter born into loving families from Essex and Rutland, VT. Martha grew up in the Essex School district and is honored to give back to her community. Her autism limits her ability to speak those words but her actions speak volumes. She is grateful to her community for her education from her nurturing educators and respite providers, who she loves like family. Martha's passions of connecting with her loved ones, and 'wanting to be a farmer when she grows up' built our vision. The love and generosity of Martha's grandmothers inspired us to give back to our community, as Martha's Uncle Lenny did for his. We will honor our role models to carry on their legacy of love, compassion and community collaboration for best quality of life possible for those in need.

As a student intern on The Elm Project Camp AmeriKids facilitating their mission's social media outreach, he grew his talent in speaking the voice of those in need. We are honored to have him facilitate Autism Awareness through media productions for our agency. He will also facilitate 'video modeling' as a resource to our clients. Tom brings a valuable level of insight to our team, as he is Martha's older brother.
